Dietary information

Allergens & dietary needs

Ingredients and preparation conditions can change. Speak with your selected restaurant before ordering for a dietary need or food allergy.

Important allergen notice

Haida restaurants handle many ingredients in shared kitchens. Although team members can answer questions and note a request, we cannot guarantee that any menu item or preparation area is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.

If the restaurant cannot confirm that an item is appropriate for your needs, do not order that item.

Ingredients that may matter

Canadian priority allergens include peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans and molluscs, soy, wheat or triticale, and mustard. Gluten sources and added sulphites may also be important for customers with food sensitivities.

Haida menu items may include or come into contact with some of these ingredients. Review Health Canada’s food allergy information (opens in a new tab) for general guidance.

Before you order

Tell the restaurant:
  • The exact allergy, intolerance or dietary restriction
  • Which menu item and modifications you are considering
  • Whether cross-contact presents a serious risk for you

Ask specifically about bread, sauces, cheese, deli meats, seasonings, frying oil and shared preparation equipment. Recipes and packaged ingredients can change without immediately appearing on this website.

Certification and dietary questions

This candidate website does not publish a food-certification claim without documented evidence and review. Contact your selected restaurant for current product, supplier and preparation details; do not rely on a menu name or photograph for a dietary decision.

Contact a location

Choose the restaurant connected to your visit or order so the local team can answer using its current products and preparation setup.
