Vicentina first started its work in the ’70s; it was opened by mike mannara who was an expert in Italian cuisine, and with that knowledge, his business started to go on and grow; then, in the ’90s, his wife joined him, and they perfected their recipe for porchetta which is a traditional Italian pork roast, and now it is most famous because of its porchetta.
After that, they learned the art of butchery, and they also opened a piano bar, which is a sandwich shop that will surely attract you for a nice lunch. The warm and welcoming smile of genny, the family’s daughter, will surely make you go there and try some sandwiches. You can also check out their butchery for a weeknight meal or have some ready-made Italian meals which can be served at home.
