50 grams of butter

1 pack of cream

1 clove of crushed garlic

1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup of chopped fresh parsley

1 teaspoon pepper (to the desired amount)

Alfredo Sauce Recipe

  • Choose a medium saucepan and melt the butter on gentle heat.
  • Add salt and pepper to the melted butter and sauté for about 10 seconds.
  • White pepper is the best option for making Alfredo sauce; white pepper gives your Alfredo sauce a perfect colour.
  • At this point, crush and sauté garlic.
  • Add the cream to the sauce, stirring constantly, and let the sides boil.
  • Add Parmesan cheese, stir a little, turn off the flame, and let the good ingredients come together.
  • Your Alfredo sauce is ready. You can increase or decrease the amount of cream, butter, or cheese, depending on your taste. If you would like your sauce to be thinner, add a little cream, and if you like a thicker sauce, pour more Parmesan cheese.

Alfredo Pasta Recipe with Chicken and Mushroom

You can also use fried chicken for making Alfredo Pasta with chicken and mushrooms. When you use fried chicken, it is less needed to flavour the chicken. We will explain how to cook Alfredo pasta with uncooked chicken.

Ingredients to make Alfredo Pasta with Chicken and Mushroom

  • 500 grams of Penne Pasta
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 300 grams of Chicken breast

  • First, chop the chicken breast into square pieces of one and a half centimetres.

  • Take another pot and pour five cups of water into it.
  • Add the Penne Pasta with a little oil and a little salt to the boiling water.
  • Leave the pot open so that the pasta does not crumble.
  • Let the pasta cook well.
  • After the pasta is cooked, rinse it with cold water.
  • Preheat the dish you want to serve the pasta and pour the pasta into it.
  • Pour the Alfredo sauce with the chicken on the pasta and decorate it.

Alfredo Pasta Recipe Cooked in the Oven

You can put the pasta in the oven after passing the above stages to make the top of it roasted. To do this, heat the oven. Pour the pasta with the sauce into a special saucepan and cover it with grated cheese. You can put it in the oven to roast, and taste better.
